Your Partnership is Critical

Tuition and fees only cover a part of the cost to educate a student at our highly impactful school or to train teachers to become dyslexia therapists.

  • The gap between the costs of serving one full-time student and the tuition paid for that student per year is over $8,250.
  • In addition, we strive to provide financial assistance to at least 30 percent of our students, with an average award of $3,600. Since 2008, over $1.54 million in aid has been distributed to over 268 students.
  • The cost to train one teacher trainee, who will impact hundreds of students, is over $5,500 and the average financial aid scholarship is $1,000 for an educator.
Together, we can, make a difference in a child’s life. We invite you to thoughtfully consider sustaining and growing these life-changing programs with a gift to the Key School and Training Center.

Sally Rose Ramsey Financial Aid Fund

Key School and Training Center requests support for its need-based Financial Aid Program known as the Sally Rose Ramsey Financial Aid Fund. These funds will enable students with learning differences in Tarrant County, who have also demonstrated the need for financial assistance, to receive instructional services and support from highly qualified teachers within a premiere academic setting. It will also allow teacher trainees to receive financial aid support to become Academic Language Therapists.
