The supporting educational environment at Key School caters to the unique identity of each student and focuses on them as an individual rather than just their learning differences.

Clubs & Activities

Key School offers a variety of after-school clubs designed to provide opportunities for Key School students to learn leadership, sportsmanship, strategy and more. Clubs are led by Key School teachers and are hosted on our campus.

Key School assists students with learning differences through small classes and individually tailored instruction, utilizing their strengths to reach their academic and social potential.

Our program is centered around seven Key Pillars of Success deep-rooted in our curriculum and success through our Founder, Mary Ann Key.

  • Focus on Academic Language Therapy, multi-sensory, structured approach to reading
  • Low student-to-teacher ratio with small class sizes
  • Individualized instruction with unique student learning profiles for every student
  • Improvement of executive function skills through our Student Organizer System
  • Foundation of Greek and Latin Roots
  • Study of Classic Literature across all grade levels
  • Increased vocabulary through Word of the Week
