Billing

Non-Refundable

Tuition and billing payments for all families will be processed through FACTS Tuition Management. Tuition plan options are flexible and allow for families to choose annual, semester, or monthly payments that best fit your family’s budget. Returning and new families have the opportunity to set-up their payment preferences during the enrollment process. Tuition and billing charges are paid through FACTS by ACH withdrawal from a checking/savings account or by credit/debit card.  Please keep in mind that FACTS charges a service fee of 3.05% of the payment amount for credit/debit card transactions. The business office will enter the tuition amount and activate the agreement prior to the first payment due date. A confirmation notice will be emailed by FACTS when the account has been activated. Please review this information for accuracy. Contact the Key School Business Office at businessoffice@ksfw.org with any payment plan questions.

A Late fee of $50 will be added to delinquent tuition amounts. FACTS will assess a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee for returned payments.

Tuition costs vary depending on your student’s grade and the payment schedule you select. Key School offers four payment schedules: full payment of annual tuition due by July 1; two semester payments due July 1 and December 1; three payments due July 1, October 1, and April 1; or ten monthly payments beginning July and ending April.
